It can be a brave for moms to juggle between time at the charge and time at home. today, more and more moms are deciding to stay at home, and make many secondary cash at the same time.
Alpine Access is one of the agencies in the Denver metro area that moms are fleeing to for help.
I divide a lot of people are watching to escape that rat race,” said Alpine Access CEO Chris Carrington. The agency helps find moms jobs where they can do control from the comfort of their own home. In fact, about 80 percent of Alpine’s employees are women like Kathi Matherson.
“I don’t void to accord with the commute, the stress. All the stresses that gains with leaving home to work, is not thing I look forward to,” said Matherson.
Matherson is a mom who homeschools her kids. She welcomed to stay home and deplete more time with her kids but needed the extra income. Now she works as a client service agent for local airline company from her own boudoir. For Matherson, she said it’s a peferct combination.
“Being a mother is my first priority,” said Matherson.
